Cari Foss is the marketing chair for the 2010-2011 League year. Originally from Owatonna, Minn., Cari is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas. She has been a member of League since 2008 and previously chaired the IMPACT newsletter. She is a writer for an education company in Iowa City and lives in Cedar Rapids with her husband.
