Since the Junior League of Cedar Rapids began in 1934, members have addressed many social issues including poverty, housing, literacy, and education.
Each year, we donate over 2,000 hours working on projects to improve our community. All efforts are member-led and operated, encouraging members to develop new personal and professional skills.
Since 2011, we have operated Bridging the G.A.P (Guide. Advocate. Provide) to support youth aging out of foster care in Linn County.
